Natalie Cook OAM is an Australian professional beach volleyball player, entrepreneur, and leader. She is a five-time Olympian, having represented Australia at five Olympic Games. She won an Olympic gold medal in beach volleyball at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games with her partner Kerri Pottharst. She holds a Bronze Medal in beach volleyball from the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and a Silver & Bronze Medal in the World Championships.

Natalie is on the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee as well as a member of the World Olympians Association. She is the Director at Deloitte and a Special Agent supporting the Olympic and Paralympic global partnership and Associate at Rowland where she helps brands, teams and sporting organisations unlock their potential. Natalie also works as a presenter, delivering engaging education and corporate sessions on topics such as motivation, inspiration, leadership, sustainable success, team building, health and wellbeing.

Natalie motivates and inspires people to reach their goals through her corporate beach volleyball days of team building and fun. In recognition of her contribution to the Australian community and the sport, Natalie has been awarded Order of Australia Medal (1996-2012) and inducted to the Volleyball Hall of Fame (2013),
