Felicity Wilson is the practice manager of Deloitte’s Australian Sports Practice. Based in Canberra, Felicity has over a decade of experience in the Australian sports industry, having worked with national sporting organisations, peak bodies, professional sport, government sport entities and community sport, and has built a reputation for her strategic thinking, deep knowledge of the sports ecosystem and innovative solutions to address the unique challenges and opportunities facing sport.

Felicity’s expertise spans across various areas within the sports industry, including strategy, marketing, sponsorship, project management and digital transformation, with a key focus over the next decade on maximising the green and gold runway as a catalyst for the transformation of sport in Australia.

Felicity appreciates the power of sport helping bring people together, instilling a sense of identity and inspiring individuals to push their boundaries. She is deeply committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable sporting landscape to drive change and create platforms that elevate and celebrate the achievements of women in sport.
