About the Panel
Graziella Thake is the Optimisation Hub’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a warm force of passion and dedication to sport. Graziella is highly trusted and celebrated in sport, corporate and education. Her commitment to sport is profound with a passion in educational development guided by 30 years of committed experience in human performance, risk, psychology, and leadership. Holding a Master’s in Psychology, with specialist qualifications in forensics, business and sports psychology, her current work is dedicated to small nations development and leading a world first mental health sports curriculum
Dara McLean Korn is a technology and operations professional based in Silicon Valley, known for streamlining workflows and optimising systems in her QA tech company. She is also on the Board of Directors for XPayBack, a blockchain-based cashback system bridging Web2 & Web3.
Belinda Woolford is the CEO of What Ability and the What Ability Foundation which combines Sport and community through player transitions to work in the all abilities sector – a passionate leader that breaks down barriers, is an advocate for communities in need and on a mission to build an inclusive Australia. Belinda is, on the board of BSNW (Baseball NSW) and has had a senior position in the FFA. Football Federation Australia. With over 25 years of experience and with extensive background in sport, commercial and strategic partnerships, marketing, media, not-for-profits and was most recently the CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney for over eight years.
Maddie Levi in 2021 switched codes to join the Australian Rugby 7s Program. In her debut tournament, she represented Australia in Rugby Sevens at the Tokyo Olympic Games. From there, Maddi has catapulted to one of, if not the best Rugby 7s Player in the world.
In 2022 Maddi was a member of the record-breaking Australian Rugby 7s Team who won the triple crown winning the HSBC World Series, the Commonwealth Games and the Rugby 7s World Cup.
Ramone Close is a first Nations entrepreneur, with a demonstrated history of working in corporate and community sectors ,and Co – Founder of the Australian Indigenous Football Championships.
